The Large Monster Nargacuga from the hugely popular “Monster Hunter” game series joins S.H.MonsterArts! Sculpted with faithful detail and boasting extensive posability, the figure was overseen by art director Kaname Fujioka. Until now, S.H.MonsterArts has mainly showcased famous kaiju from movies. We are proud to announce the debut of the first video game monster in the lineup. Nargacuga from Monster Hunter is also the lines first quadrupedal character, giving the design team a chance to apply its extensive know-how in bringing this unique monster to life with faithful and immersive detail. This powerful monster appears in the latest game in the series, 2019‘s Monster Hunter World: Iceborne, where it terrifies hunters with a ferocious tail-swinging attack. Nargacuga truly symbolizes the challenges faced by hunters in the game series.
